Opening of Cheshire Village

The Cheshire Village comprises twenty four free standing two and three bedroomed units, designed especially for retired people, some with disabilities. There is a communal centre called The Hub, where residents can enjoy the company of fellow villagers and friends. There is also a resident nurse who lives on the premises. The Village is well placed, close to the beautiful Port Elizabeth beaches, as well as, to popular shopping centres. 
The units are sold on a life-right basis. There are currently two 3-bedroomed units available, priced at R1.4million and R1.530million.
